The only downside of samsung level U is its vibration feature. The intensity is too much and I’m not sure if its safe because I’m experiencing fatigue on my nape and shoulders. So I have to turn off the vibration feature everytime which is not nice.

I had exchange 7 to 8 times in Bangalore service center ( Malleshwaram & Basyam Circle ) .

They have not sorted the solution.

So please I request all of you to not to go with this product.
